Available Shift:
- Part-time
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays

Your Role as a Resident Assistant
As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, person-centered care to our residents, supporting their body, mind, and spirit while ensuring a warm and comfortable living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, ambulation, and medication reminders.
- Encourage participation in exercise programs and community activities to enhance residents’ well-being.
- Support residents during mealtime, including serving and assisting as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, particularly in dining and common areas.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, promptly reporting any concerns to supervisors.
- Stay updated on state regulations and community policies to maintain compliance.
- Communicate effectively with residents and document important care details.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in emergencies or urgent situations, even during off-duty hours if required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in memory care, developmental disabilities, or senior care is preferred.
- Understanding of resident rights, behavior management, and vital signs monitoring.
- Strong organizational skills with a compassionate, resident-first approach.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with residents and team members.
- Flexible availability and willingness to be a team player.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
