Location: Downtown Grand Junction, CO (100% On-Site)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative and Clerical Professional to join our team. This role provides critical operational support within the insurance industry. This is an administrative role, NOT a sales position. The ideal candidate possesses a strong office background, exceptional communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Strong computer skills and proficient system navigation are an absolute must for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Documentation: Perform essential clerical duties including data entry, filing, document preparation, and order processing.
- Client Audits: Conduct routine client audits to ensure all account information is completely accurate and up to date.
- Communication & Service: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Scheduling: Manage office calendars and efficiently schedule appointments.
- Project Support: Coordinate special projects and various administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Tech Savviness: Advanced computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn and navigate complex software systems (required).
- Office Experience: Proven proficiency in office management tasks, file organization, and meticulous record-keeping.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with excellent phone etiquette.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Coordination: Experience coordinating projects or team tasks is a strong plus.
