Suris & Associates is a plaintiff's-only personal injury firm looking for an experienced bilingual paralegal to join our team.
This is a high-volume role. You'll manage cases from pre-suit through trial, handle consistent client contact, and keep everything moving across a busy docket of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and negligence matters. Experience with New York No-Fault is required.
What you'll do:
- Communicate directly with clients to gather information and documentation
- File No-Fault applications, disability/lost wage claims, and property damage claims
- Track and follow up on medical records and billing from providers
- Calendar statute of limitations dates and all legal deadlines
- Coordinate depositions and IMEs
- Draft, file, and serve pleadings and legal correspondence
What we're looking for:
- 2–3 years minimum handling plaintiff personal injury matters
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience with New York No-Fault claims
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
- SmartAdvocate experience is a plus

This is an in-person position based in our Melville office.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
