$2,000 Signing Bonus! Family Nurse Practitioner – Out-Patient Clinic Setting—Loan Repayment Eligible (3X12 hour shifts)—Crown Point, IN and Merrillville, IN (Options for a 5/8s or 4/10s schedule Available in New Clinics Available)
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected outpatient clinic. The Provider would be working a 3/12 hour, 4/10 or 5/8s schedule in Crown Point and Merrillville as well as other new clinic locations due to expansion. The Provider would manage an estimated 18-22 patients per day and provide routine primary care services and see patients across the life span. The Provider would see patients with minor Illnesses and injuries including colds, flu, physical exams, diabetic management and managing other routine and chronic conditions. The FNP would enjoy a competitive compensation package ranging from $125,000-$140,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, 401K with matching contribution, 3 weeks PTO, CME and CME Allowance of $1,500, as well as loan repayment eligibility through the NHSC ($25,000 per year paid to the providers student loans—minimum of $50,000 for a two year commitment or Nursing Corp which offers up to 60% of loan debt forgiveness.
Requirements of the Position:
· Must be a Family Nurse Practitioner
· IN Licensed
· Interested in working in an outpatient setting
· Pass a Background check / and credentialing
