We are a retreat center located in the mountains of Los Gatos seeking qualified candidates for fill a dishwasher/kitchen helper position in our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes and utensils with industrial dishwasher
- Maintain and clean the dishwasher
- Dry and put away clean dishes
- Empty and clean trash bins
- Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as directed
- Assist in setting up and organizing workstations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Dependable and on-time
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
