THE OPPORTUNITY
Advanced Spine and Pain (ASAP) is Arizona’s most respected and fastest-growing interventional pain and advanced surgical care practice, with multiple clinic and surgery center locations across the state and a deeply experienced team dedicated to transforming lives through integrative, results-driven care.
Personal injury is a critical and high-growth segment of our practice — and we’re looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-first professional to own it. As our Personal Injury Marketing Account Executive, you won’t just be knocking on doors. You’ll be building a pipeline, executing a real marketing plan, and becoming the go-to liaison between ASAP and the PI legal community across Arizona.
This is not an entry-level or learn-on-the-job opportunity. We need someone who already knows the PI world — someone with an established book of contacts, existing relationships with PI attorneys and case managers, and the credibility to walk into a firm and be taken seriously from day one.
Why ASAP?
Multiple Arizona locations — more doors to open and more law firms to serve.
An integrative, patient-centered treatment model that genuinely produces outcomes PI attorneys care about.
A dedicated PI case management team that ensures every referred client receives white-glove follow-through.
A brand and reputation that give you credibility the moment you walk in the room.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Build & Execute the PI Marketing Plan. This is your segment to grow. You will develop a comprehensive, territory-based marketing plan targeting personal injury law firms across Arizona and then actually execute it. This means setting measurable goals, identifying target accounts, deploying the right mix of outreach tactics, and continuously refining your approach based on results.
Grow & Deepen Referral Relationships. You’ll be the face of ASAP to the PI legal community. That means cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with attorneys, case managers, and paralegals at PI firms — from first contact to long-term partnership. You’ll manage a portfolio of active referring partners while continuously prospecting for new opportunities.
Be the Expert in the Room. Law firms need to trust you before they’ll refer their clients. You’ll serve as a knowledgeable, credible resource on ASAP’s services, treatment outcomes, multi-location access, and the patient experience — delivering compelling presentations, lunch-and-learns, and educational materials that make the referral decision easy.
Coordinate Seamlessly with Internal Teams. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our PI case management team to ensure every referred patient receives a prompt, professional, and positive experience. You’ll maintain open communication with referring law firms throughout the process, keeping them informed and reinforcing the value of the partnership.
Track, Measure & Optimize. You’ll own your numbers. Using CRM tools and marketing analytics, you’ll track referral volumes, conversion rates, account activity, and ROI. You’ll use that data to report on performance, identify gaps, and sharpen your strategy.
Stay Ahead of the Market. The PI landscape moves fast. You’ll stay plugged into industry trends, competitor activity, and legal community developments. You’ll attend PI marketing events, community networking functions, and industry gatherings — including some evenings and weekends — to keep ASAP front of mind.
