Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Sensational Steps Therapy is looking for a pediatric Occupational Therapist who believes in the power of play, connection, and relationship-based care. We are seeking a clinician who enjoys supporting children as their authentic selves and values meaningful collaboration with families.

- Full-time schedule (approximately 40 hours per week)
- 4–5 day work week options
- Afterschool availability required

Sensational Steps Therapy currently operates two clinic locations, but we are looking for a fulll-time OT at our Spring Lake office.

Required Qualifications
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapy license
- NBCOT certification
- Pediatric clinical experience
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally if needed
- Availability for afterschool sessions
Preferred:
- Two or more years of experience as a licensed OTR
Therapists with fewer than two years of experience are encouraged to apply if they have strong pediatric fieldwork experience or related clinical background.

Our practice prioritizes thoughtful, individualized care rather than productivity quotas so therapists can focus on meaningful progress for each child and family.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
