Registered Nurse Injector

Garden of Bloom Med Spa is seeking a professional, polished, and client-focused Registered Nurse Injector to join our growing med spa team.
We are looking for an RN who is confident, personable, well-groomed, and passionate about aesthetics and creating an exceptional client experience. This position is ideal for an injector who wants flexibility while working in a professional med spa environment with an established brand and clientele.
What We Need
The right candidate will be someone who:
- Is a currently licensed Registered Nurse in Iowa
- Has experience and/or formal training in aesthetic injections
- Is confident performing cosmetic injectable services within their education, training, and understands legal scope of practice
- Maintains a professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance
- Has excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Is warm, personable, and able to build trust with clients
- Is dependable, punctual, and professional
- Has consistent weekly availability and is willing to maintain scheduled availability at the spa
- Is comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
- Takes initiative and is motivated to grow their own clientele
- Understands the importance of documentation, informed consent, safety, and following established clinical protocols
- Is comfortable promoting their services and participating in the growth of the spa
- Works well within a collaborative aesthetics and wellness environment
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide aesthetic consultations and appropriate treatment recommendations
- Perform cosmetic injectable services within scope, training, and competency
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
- Obtain appropriate consents and complete required treatment documentation
- Follow Garden of Bloom Med Spa's clinical, safety, sanitation, and emergency procedures
- Provide appropriate pre- and post-treatment education
- Deliver an elevated, professional client experience from consultation through follow-up
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
- Communicate professionally with clients and spa staff
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow all applicable Iowa laws, regulations, professional standards, and med spa policies
Availability
Consistent weekly availability is required.
We are looking for an injector who can commit to being available at the spa on a recurring weekly schedule rather than working only occasionally or on an as-needed basis.
Availability will be discussed during the interview and should include regular days and/or blocks of time each week.
Professional Appearance
Because our business is centered around aesthetics, wellness, and client experience, professional presentation is an important part of this position.
The ideal candidate should maintain a clean, polished, well-groomed appearance and present themselves in a manner consistent with the Garden of Bloom Med Spa brand.
1099 Independent Contractor
This is an independent contractor (1099) position, not an employee position.
The contractor is responsible for maintaining their professional license, required certifications, professional liability coverage, taxes, and other obligations associated with independent contractor status.
We will help you obtain these necessities
Compensation structure and contractor expectations will be discussed during the interview.
