- Assists customers and answers phone in quick and timely manner
- Provides positive customer service experience to all guests
- Accurately rings in all customer orders in POS system and provide customers with correct change
- Bags and hands out all orders
- Resolves any customer questions or complaints to best of their ability
- Maintain food safety standards and maintains a clean and safe work environment
