Role Description The Accounts Payable Coordinator is a part time, on-site role based in Idaho Falls, ID. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, matching purchase orders, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Daily tasks include reviewing and coding invoices, preparing and reconciling expense reports, and posting journal entries in the accounting system. The role also involves responding to vendor inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with production and purchasing teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
- Experience managing Expense Reports and maintaining accurate accounts payable records.
- Solid Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency with accounting and standard office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a production-focused environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or small business environments is beneficial.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
