Duties
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining merchandise displays to ensure an appealing store layout.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and organization within the store.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
