WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You'll begin in a sales role where you will learn how to earn trust, solve problems, and deliver results. As you develop, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and demonstrate your ability to lead.
You will:
- Meet with homeowners to understand roofing concerns and project needs
- Explain roofing options, materials, and project expectations
- Coordinate inspections and communicate with internal production teams
- Guide customers through the insurance restoration process
- Train consistently with experienced sales professionals and leaders
- Build the performance and leadership skills needed for future advancement

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Your starting income is tied to your performance, while your long-term opportunity grows with your results and leadership development.
- New Sales Professionals: $6,000-$12,000 per month
- Experienced Roofing Specialists: $9,000-$18,000 per month
- Sales Managers: $250,000+ annually
- Regional Leaders: $350,000+ annually
