Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, focusing on exceptional customer experiences, developing teams and growing sales and profits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with a passion for Customer Mania. This role requires effective leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring high standards of Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Product Quality, Facility Maintenance and Service Speed, while driving profitability and operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product Quality and Speed of Service

Opens and closes restaurant and actively runs shifts.

Actively coaches and engages restaurant team to provide both professional and personal growth.

Controls Profit Loss results by managing food and paper, labor and variable costs.

Forecasts sales, creates schedules, orders and tracks inventory, completes daily, weekly and monthly paperwork.

Recruits, selects, hires and trains Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers

Reviews and analyzes financial reports and executes appropriate actions for improvement.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and growth among staff.

Ensures all cash control, security, safety and employment law standards are met.

Oversees the maintenance of all equipment, building and grounds to ensure a clean guest experience.

Supports all Company programs, Brand standards and marketing plans and leads rollouts to the restaurant team.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.

Familiarity with quick service fast-food restaurant operations is preferred.

Excellent leadership skills with a passion for training developing team members.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and profit and loss statements.

Exceptional hospitality skills with a commitment to enhancing guest experiences.

Knowledge of food safety standards as well as local and state health regulations.

Reliable transportation that allows for daily banking responsibilities, attending meetings or training, and visiting other restaurants within the company.

Ability to tolerate physical requirements of the position, including lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and bending as well as working on your feet for extended periods of time.
