Job Summary

This is a door to door sales position, it takes dedication and an ability to work alone. This is a commissioned based position, you receive 10% of every job you sell. Each job can range anywhere from $500-$15k +. Your earning potential is unlimited, and is based upon your ability to accurately quote customers home and turn leads into sales.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services, emphasizing upselling opportunities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
- Assist with pricing strategies by understanding market trends and competitive positioning to maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with team members to organize daily routes, optimize delivery schedules, and ensure timely client deliveries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail store environments or sales roles is preferred; strong customer service skills are essential.
- Basic math skills for handling pricing calculations and taking accurate measurements
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and reporting.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple routes efficiently and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
