What does the AT&T Wireless Agent Do?
As an AT&T Wireless Agent, you'll be the face of the brand in your assigned territory. That means connecting with real people through direct, neighborhood outreach and face-to-face conversations. You'll educate customers on AT&T's wireless products, help them find solutions that actually fit their lives, and contribute to a sales team that cares about doing the job right.
- Engage customers through face-to-face interactions, neighborhood promotions, and targeted outreach - bringing the AT&T brand to life in every conversation
- Educate potential customers on available wireless products and services, and help them identify the options that best fit their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and walk customers through the decision-making process with confidence and clarity
- Process new customer enrollments, account updates, and sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Keep records current and organized to support team accuracy and performance tracking
What You Bring to the Table:
- A background in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or any role where you were regularly in front of people - preferred, but not required if you bring the right attitude
- A goal-oriented mindset and the self-motivation to perform consistently, whether you're working independently or alongside a team
- The ability to adapt quickly, stay positive under pressure, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and a natural ease with building rapport - you make people feel heard
- Comfort working across different functions of a team and contributing wherever you're needed most
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
