Change Sports Physical Therapy Institute is seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team as a clinical leader within our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine practice.
This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys high-quality hands-on care, mentoring support staff, and helping grow a clinic through excellent patient outcomes and strong team culture.
Our clinics serve a wide range of patients—from competitive youth athletes to active adults and geriatric patients—and we pride ourselves on delivering personalized care with a strong emphasis on manual therapy and movement restoration.
Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Manage a full outpatient caseload of 16–18 patients per day within an 8-hour shift
- Provide high-level manual therapy and movement-based rehabilitation
- Treat a diverse patient population including youth athletes, orthopedic patients, and older adults
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes and functional improvement
Clinic Leadership
- Work with and supervise the Lead Aide to coordinate scheduling of aides and support staff
- Help maintain efficient clinic flow and strong patient experience
- Serve as a positive culture leader for both staff and patients
- Support training and development of aides and junior staff
- Participate in a team culture focused on growth, excellence, and patient-centered outcomes
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Minimum 1 year outpatient orthopedic experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage clinical schedule
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Ability to lead support staff and collaborate with team members
- Passion for delivering personalized, high-quality patient care
Preferred (but not required)
- Advanced training in manual therapy (IPA, Maitland, or similar programs)
- Experience working with athletes or active populations

Pay: From $92,000.00 per year
