Friendly professional employee-centric company of 20 + years is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to and service Amusement Vending Machines (Crane-style games, Photo booths and Video games) in Michigan and surrounding states.
You will be required to drive a company vehical to all of your jobs. Some days will require hundreds of miles of (paid) driving and some days will be working at the main facility in Clinton Twp., MI.
You will be provided with a company service van, company phone and company credit card to cover company related travel and expenses.
This is a full time position (with overtime required at times) that provides major medical insurance and a retirement plan (with company matching).
Requirements of the position are:
Be mechanically inclined
Be able to spend six to eight days a month overnight on service calls - lodging and per-diem provided.
Be able to obtain a Michigan Department of Transportation card.
Have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
Be Willing to learn new things - the company will train in all aspects of the job
Be willing to work overtime and understand overnights are needed depending on service location - the company will work to ensure adequate notification to minimize home-life disruption.
