Busy NYC store. Growing team. We're hiring full-time Retail Sales Associates now.
We need people who can hold their own on a fast-paced shop floor — the kind who genuinely enjoy talking to customers, thrive when it gets busy, and take pride in leaving the store better than they found it. Prior retail experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker. Attitude and energy matter more.
The Role
You'll be on the sales floor five days a week, working closely with a small team to look after customers and keep the store running.
- Welcoming customers and helping them find what they need
- Giving genuine product advice and recommendations
- Keeping displays, stock, and the sales floor in top shape
- Handling sales, returns, and exchanges at the register
- Supporting deliveries and restocking
- Working with your team to hit daily sales goals
