## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils used in the kitchen.
## Responsibilities
- Load, run, and unload dish machine.
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
- Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
- Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
- Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster.
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
- Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
## Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals.
