The Executive Operations Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This role manages executive calendars, coordinates meetings and travel, prepares reports and presentations, oversees confidential communications, supports cross-functional projects, and helps improve organizational processes. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
