We’re looking for a knowledgeable individual with thorough understanding of the world of art and design. You understand that it’s about the bigger experience, the broader picture, and that one-off tactical pieces aren’t typically effective for brands. You love branding, digital, dabble in UX/UI and live for crafting the details. You’re stouthearted and not afraid of a blank canvas, frank criticism, or ambitious thinking. You’re a tinkerer, inventive and purposeful. You are an orchestrator of type, color, composition, and brand.
- Create visual language for quick-turn objectives as well as larger campaigns both for clients and internal projects.
- Principally lead and direct all aesthetic decisions; be ready to back them up with solid thinking.
- Create a design workflow and direct workflow for all digital projects.
- Design independently as well as collaborate with our broader team of designers, developers, copywriters, creative directors, UX designers and production teams.
- Join strategic concept meetings for new and existing business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of (preferably) creative agency experience
- Award winning conceptual and design skills
- Able to run a project and oversee multiple designers
- Ability to keep calm in a fast moving agency
