Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during your shift
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assess, plan, and document resident care according to facility standards
Respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
Promote restorative care to encourage resident independence and well-being
Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety at all times
Collaborate with physicians, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Compassion for seniors and commitment to quality resident care
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Reliable attendance and dedication to teamwork
