Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our Specialty Services team, including Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), Music Therapists (MT-BC), Recreational Therapists (CTRS), and Massage Therapists (LMT). These roles are integral in enhancing patient well-being through personalized therapeutic interventions, creative activities, and holistic care. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver specialized therapeutic services such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, music therapy, recreational activities, or occupational therapy interventions.
- Apply advanced knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery.
- Manage pain and facilitate recovery by utilizing evidence-based techniques aligned with patient goals.
- Educate patients on self-care strategies and promote occupational health practices to support ongoing wellness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare standards.
Qualifications
- Certification or licensure relevant to the specialty service area: COTA, MT-BC, CTRS, or LMT.
- Proven experience in patient service roles within healthcare or med spa settings.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, pain management techniques, and therapeutic modalities such as deep tissue massage or trigger point therapy.
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology necessary for effective treatment planning.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Prior experience in occupational health or med spa environments is preferred but not required.
