Farm Tractor Driver
Apple Holler is hiring a reliable and experienced Farm Tractor Driver to join our team in Sturtevant, Wisconsin!
Apple Holler is a family-owned farm, restaurant, and agritourism destination with a variety of seasonal activities and events. We are looking for a responsible, safety-minded individual to help operate tractors and farm equipment and assist with daily farm operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate farm tractors and other agricultural equipment
- Drive tractors for hayrides and other farm and seasonal activities
- Assist with general farm maintenance
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance or repair needs
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Provide friendly and professional interaction with guests during hayrides and other activities
- Assist with other farm and operational duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating farm tractors and agricultural equipment preferred
- Ability to safely operate equipment around guests and the public
- Strong understanding of basic farm and equipment safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Flexible availability, including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Schedule
Full-time and/or seasonal opportunities may be available. Hours will vary based on the season and operational needs. Weekend and holiday availability may be required during peak seasons.
