SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead management activities and outreach staff.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Family Support Specialist III provides comprehensive family support, referrals, and community coordination to promote economic self-sufficiency and enhance residents' quality of life. They lead the team in developing strategies to ensure family stability and success.
JOB RESPONSIBLTIES:

Lead family support meetings to review complex issues and ensure residents receive necessary services.

Coordinate with On-site Project Manager and service providers based on resident progress.

Monitor data quality and completeness in LEARN.

Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

Analyze data and develop strategies with the Senior Project Manager and management team.

Conduct intake, assessments, and visits for residents.

Assist residents in accessing community resources.

Advocate for residents and coordinate service delivery.

Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident information.

Enter and track resident data in LEARN.
-
Maintain effective partnerships internally and externally.

Participate in program meetings and other related meetings.

Perform assigned job duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s preferred, or equivalent education/experience.

5 years of nonprofit or human services experience.

Valid driver’s license and access to a car for work.

Ability to handle privileged information confidentially.

Strong independent and teamwork skills.

Availability for evening/weekend events and travel.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Proficient in facilitating group processes.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Data analysis for resident-driven program designs.

Respect for confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other software.
