Edge Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician to work in the MN/Upper Midwest region.
Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and servicing magazine bar feeder equipment on CNC lathes at customer locations throughout a specified region
-
Receive a briefing from fellow Technical Support associates before the customer visit. This will include any action or troubleshooting activities already taken with the customer to address their needs

Qualifications:
-
Related service technician experience of two through five years or equivalent certified technical training on industrial equipment that utilizes PLC/HMI driven motion control
-
Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and professionally represent the company is a critical requirement
-
Knowledge of industrial electronics, wiring, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting
-
Knowledge of CNC turning centers, specifically sliding headstock lathes, is a plus
-
Must possess above-average computer skills and be able to use Windows and other software packages such as Salesforce Lightning
