Typical Schedule
Classes are approximately 1 hour and generally run:
2:35–3:35 PM or 3:25–4:25 PM
Teachers should arrive 15 minutes early for setup, and stay up to 15 mintues fro wrap up.

- Minnewashta Elementary — Dec. 3–Dec. 17
Fridays
- Deephaven Elementary — Sept. 11–Nov. 13
- Scenic Heights Elementary — Dec. 4–Dec. 18
What You'll Do
- Lead a fun, structured afterschool class for K–5 students
- Follow our provided curriculum and lesson plans
- Guide students through hands-on projects and activities
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, teamwork, and problem-solving
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Set up and clean up materials before and after class
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to drive to assigned school locations in Minnetonka, Edina and/or ISD 196
- Successful background check
- Love working with elementary-aged children
- Previous experience working with children is preferred, but not required
- Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic
- Comfortable communicating with our team by cell phone and email
- Internet access for work-related communications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 36 lbs. when loading/unloading program materials
No Teaching License? No Problem!
