Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of hospitality spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques.
- Use manual handling skills for heavy lifting of furniture or equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Operate janitorial equipment safely and efficiently to optimize cleaning results.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized properly to prevent contamination or health hazards.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory checks of cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures for different surfaces such as carpets, tiles, wood floors, and upholstery.
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning detergents safely.
- Strong client communication skills to understand customer needs and deliver personalized service.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
