General Manager, South Florida

We manage vacation rental properties in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale markets and are hiring a General Manager to oversee our South Florida operations. This role combines property operations and business development, with responsibility for both the performance of the existing portfolio and its growth.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations including vendor and cleaner scheduling, turnovers, maintenance coordination, and property inspections.

Manage guest communications from booking through checkout, including after-hours issues.

Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, including monthly reporting, performance reviews, and contract renewals.

Set pricing and occupancy strategy in coordination with the corporate team.

Identify and pursue new property owners to expand the portfolio.

Maintain quality standards and guest review performance across all units.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in vacation rental management, property management, or real estate.

Demonstrated experience in both operations and sales or business development.

Established professional network in the South Florida market, or the ability to build one quickly.

Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:

Experience with property management software and listing platforms including Airbnb and VRBO.

Spanish fluency.

Existing vendor and contractor relationships in Miami-Dade or Broward County.
Compensation:
Base salary commensurate with experience, plus large commission potential on new properties added to the portfolio.
