Overview
Join our field team as a Conveyor Millwright, where you'll play a vital role in installing conveyor systems and related equipment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with advanced mechanical systems. As a key team member, you will troubleshoot, install, and maintain conveyor machinery, contributing directly to the efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities
- Install, align, and assemble conveyor systems using schematics, technical drawings, and precision measuring instruments.
- Repair or replace conveyor components including belts, rollers, motors, gears, and pulleys.
- Conduct field service repairs on-site as needed.
- Operate industrial equipment such as fork lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, etc...
- Welding, cutting and fitting equipment being installed.
- Maintain and adhere to safety standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in the conveyor industry.
- Skilled in welding techniques specific to welding standards; previous experience in field installation is required.
- Ability to read complex schematics accurately and interpret technical drawings efficiently.
Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
Work Location: On the road
