The team at Poppy & Pine is looking for a Lead Bartender!
With approval of our liquor license pending (hopefully by the end of August), we’re looking for an experienced bartender/mixologist who is excited to create and launch the most exciting brunch cocktail program in South Jersey!
Requirements:
Open Availability (Wednesday–Sunday)
- Standard shifts will typically be 9:00 AM–4:00 PM.
- Flexibility for occasional happy hours, private events, and special functions.
Bartending Experience
- Passion for mixology and craft cocktails.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain systems that ensure an efficient, consistent, and high-quality bar operation.
Serving Experience
- This is a hybrid role.
- Bartenders regularly serve guests at both the bar and tables during service hours.
Leadership & Ownership Mindset
- Take the lead in building this program alongside ownership and management.
- Develop weekly, monthly, and seasonal cocktail specials.
- Create and maintain a rotating craft cocktail menu.
- Uphold quality standards and continuously improve the guest experience.
