Overview
S and E Electric is a commercial and residential solar sales and installation company. We’ve been in the solar business in SoCal since 2009. Today, we operate our business as a type of “hub”. In other words, we process solar business. We don’t do too much installing these days.
The position we’re hiring for today is a key position for our company … with responsibilities that will touch almost every phase of our business. Such as job permitting, finance, lead management, utility company communications, sub-contractors, job scheduling, and of course … customer service. Any experience with any of these job descriptions will be very helpful. Any practical solar experience would be even better.
The successful applicant will be that person that enjoys helping … the person that cares about the job they’re doing, and does it with sincere and honest effort. We’re looking for a team oriented individual that does not get anxious, but simply works through issues that can sometimes seem complex. Additionally, for a candidate with a cheerful attitude that makes working hard while they’re at work the best thing. Of course … on time, organized, way above average customer service and phone skills, being persuasive and articulate are all attributes that will win the day.

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
