Juventus Academy NY is looking to hire 5* highly motivated and experienced soccer coaches* who are passionate about the game and eager to deliver the official Juventus methodology to our players in New York City. Coaches will be responsible for leading one or more Academy teams while helping players develop both on and off the field in a professional and positive environment.

Juventus Academy is the club’s official global soccer school program, designed to develop players through the Juventus training philosophy, adapted to the age and level of each athlete.

Responsibilities
- Coach players ages 6–16 in N1L (National 1 League), EDP (Elite Development Program), CJSL, NYCSL, or higher-level competition
- Plan, execute, and evaluate training sessions for teams, clinics, and camps
- Deliver the official Juventus curriculum and methodology
- Prepare daily training session plans
- Support player growth in a competitive and positive learning environment
- Communicate professionally with staff, players, and families
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of travel soccer coaching experience
- Experience coaching in EDP, CJSL, NYCSL, or higher-level leagues is required. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
- Coaching qualifications: minimum USSF D License (or USC/UEFA equivalent) or higher
- Experience with local or international youth soccer clubs
- Availability for practices Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Randall’s Island
- Weekend availability for league games and tournaments
- First Aid/CPR Certification required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Clean background record required
- Soccer playing experience is a strong plus
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Italian is preferred, but not required
Work Location
- Practices on Randall’s Island
- Games and tournaments throughout the five boroughs of New York City
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, with opportunities to earn between $25–$55 per hour.
