Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
- Advise developers, property owners, municipalities, and businesses on zoning, land use, permitting, subdivision control, wetlands, and environmental matters.
- Represent clients before planning boards, zoning boards of appeal, conservation commissions, and state regulatory agencies.
- Draft and negotiate permit applications, development agreements, easements, restrictive covenants, and related real estate documents.
- Handle administrative appeals and litigation involving zoning, permitting, and land use disputes.

Recent land use experience- MA bar
