Aligned Minds Therapy Group, LLC is a brand‑new outpatient practice launching in the Manahawkin area. We’re building a warm, supportive, clinician‑centered environment from the ground up — and we’re looking for licensed therapists excited to grow with a new practice.
Position: LPC or LCSW Therapist
Flexible scheduling options:
- Hybrid schedule
- Fully virtual caseload
- Fully in‑person caseload
An in‑person office in Manahawkin is expected to open as the practice expands.
Compensation
- $70 per clinical hour
- $75 per clinical hour for all sessions after 15 per week
- W‑2 position with biweekly payroll

Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy to clients

Requirements
- Active LPC or LCSW license in New Jersey
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Commitment to compassionate, client‑centered care
