Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and curiosity
- Support children in their daily routines, including meal times, nap times, diapering, and hygiene practices
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that respects each child's individual needs and abilities
- Monitor children’s behavior and apply effective behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress updates and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of children's development milestones and daily observations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times
- Use classroom management techniques to organize activities efficiently and promote a cohesive learning atmosphere
Requirements
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education
- Experience with toddlers, infants, or preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively while demonstrating patience and empathy
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
- Experience with behavior management techniques tailored to young children’s needs
- Familiarity with caregiving routines such as diapering, feeding, and sleep schedules

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
