Meadowview Behavioral Hospital is seeking a passionate, organized, and operationally grounded leader to serve as our Chief Financial Officer. This role provides leadership, coordination, and clinical oversight of therapeutic activity programming across patient populations, ensuring services align with individualized treatment plans, regulatory standards, and the hospital’s therapeutic mission.
The CFO is responsible for the overall financial administration of the facility, including general accounting, data processing, and financial reporting for the facility in accordance with all facility and corporate policies and procedures. This position ensures that the internal controls are adequate to safeguard the facility’s assets and that the accounting systems are sufficient to generate accurate and timely financial reporting.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance or related field required. Master's Degree is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years as a Controller in a health-care setting, with experience in managing multiple functions in a health care business office preferred.

Additional Requirements: Thorough knowledge of computers, with experience utilizing health-care based HMS computer system and commonly accepted business software applications programs, particularly EXCEL.

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with an expected compensation range of $150,000 – $185,000 annually, plus eligibility for performance bonuses. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Join us as our Chief Financial Officer!
