We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning / Janitorial professional to join our team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in customer's facility to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming of floors and wiping surfaces.
- Flooring surface is 99% hard flooring so there is more mopping than vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure proper hygiene standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste into outside dumpster.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals according to guidelines.
- Report any facility issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Etc.
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Monday through Friday, 9pm to Midnight. Specific schedule to be discussed during the interview process.
$15.00 per hour
