Job SummaryWe are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and organized Kitchen Staff member to help maintain a clean, efficient, and fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in food preparation, cleanliness, and delivering quality service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily food prep according to recipes and company standards.
- Make customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen throughout each shift.
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Keep workstations organized before, during, and after service.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Rotate and properly store food using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Dispose of trash and maintain a clean dining and kitchen area.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Support other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of food safety is preferred (training provided if needed).
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Schedule
- Part-time or Full-time opportunities available.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
