Landscape Production Manager

A Production Manager serves as the first line of customer contact on job sites and is responsible for the delivery of services to our clients while ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding client expectations and delivering projects as promised as well as directing crew members to achieve daily activities.
The following job description is designed to outline primary duties, qualifications, and job scope and should not be viewed as an exhaustive list of duties, but should serve as a guideline to the major areas of responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Serves as first line of contact for assigned clients addressing questions and escalating issues.
● Perform quality control checks of assigned properties.
● Build and maintain strong client and coworker relationships.
● Understand the contractual obligations as outlined in the Scope of Work for each project and ensure that services are delivered according to specifications and company standards.
● Coordinate with team members to manage schedules, resolve challenges and ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
● Proactively identify opportunities to add value by recommending complementary products or premium upgrades.
● Inspect projects routinely to ensure projects meet company quality control standards, are on budget, schedule and achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
● Complete daily paperwork, timecards and work orders for assigned crews.
● Eliminate any office and field related variances through ongoing communication between field and office.
● Direct daily activities of 3-5 crews. Train employees on safety, equipment operation and proper landscape techniques.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
● Consistently demonstrate a positive, respectful and professional approach to work and team members.
● Team player that works collaboratively and utilizes attention to detail to assure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
● A comprehensive knowledge of landscape maintenance and irrigation systems and able to solve issues that may arise.
● Experienced in planting, including knowledge of the common names of plants used in the region.
● Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
● Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
● Assess situations and make sound decisions that support overall project goals.
● Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and service delivery
● Ensure timely and accurate project completion
● Dedicated, dependable and self-motivated.
● Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish with customers and team members
● A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
● Minimum of three years landscape experience
● Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
