What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming and make outbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist members with account questions and payment solutions.
- Document conversations accurately using our computer systems.
- Work with members to identify solutions that fit their individual needs.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Collaborate with teammates to provide outstanding member service.
- Meet productivity and quality expectations while delivering a positive member experience.
What We’re Looking For
