What You’ll Do as a Project Manager
- Scheduling and running projects, including managing subcontractors and timelines
- Managing job progress, quality control, and jobsite coordination
- Providing consistent customer updates and managing expectations
- Tracking budgets, selections, documentation, and communication in JobTread
- Driving projects forward with urgency, structure, and high standards
What We’re Looking For (The Perfect Person for This Position)
You’re a great fit if you are:
- Highly organized and strong at prioritizing
- Confident communicating directly with customers and trades
- Comfortable managing multiple jobs at different stages at once

- Tech-savvy and open to learning systems (JobTread experience is a plus)
- Experienced coordinating subcontractors and keeping jobs moving
- Strong with follow-through, documentation, and attention to detail
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Construction Project Management experience (restoration is a plus, not required)
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors/trades
- Familiarity with schedules, budgets, job costing, and change orders
- Strong communication habits with both customers and internal teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
