C-Trans Logistics LLC is seeking dependable, professional independent contractor drivers to service postal delivery routes operating out of Hanover, Maryland. We currently have 9 routes available and are looking for drivers who are ready to start immediately.
Position Type
- Independent Contractor Driving Position (1099)
Vehicle Requirements
Applicants must own and operate one of the following vehicles:
- Cargo Van
- Sprinter Van
- Box Truck
Vehicles must be in safe, reliable operating condition and properly insured. Commercial auto insurance may be required depending on the contract requirements.
Equipment Requirements
- Hand truck/dolly required
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Report to the Hanover facility on time each day
- Complete assigned route efficiently and professionally
- Maintain communication with dispatch
- Follow all safety and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift and move packages using a hand truck
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required
Compensation
