Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Gas Station Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs at the fuel pumps and inside the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including stocking shelves and merchandising products effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Assist in maintaining safety protocols within the station to ensure a secure environment for customers.
Experiences/Skills
- At least 6 months experience as a Cashier highly valued. Training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic math for cash handling.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
