We are looking for a Physician Assistant or a nurse practitioner to join our growing primary care practice .
Qualifications
. Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
. State licensed in AZ, obtained by one start date
. Proven work experience in outpatient primary care setting seeing patients age 16+
. The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all
Backgrounds
. An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and
Weaknesses
Responsibilities
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of needs , conducting mix of acute ,chronic ,and well visits
- Issue appropriate prescriptions and administer
- Acquire and review patient histories identifying abnormal conditions
- Monitor patients’ progress and keep records of treatments, surgeries or other medical events
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for the patients
- Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Skills
- Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures regarding examination and therapy
- Familiarity with advancements in medical technology and current know-how
- Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Caring and compassionate
- Team player with good communications skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
