**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized in-home healthcare support to patients during the weekend. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities and ensure their overall well-being. Saturdays and Sundays.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide basic health care services such as checking vital signs and assisting with self administering medication
- Help with mobility around the house and assist with physical therapy exercises
- Plan and prepare light nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the patient
- Keep accurate medical documentation of patient care and progress
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
**Skills:**
- Experience in vital signs monitoring and caregiver documentation
- Ability to provide patient care in their homes, or private residences
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients
- Ability to work effectively within healthcare systems
