We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and help maintain cleanliness around our restaurant. If you want to kickstart your career in the restaurant industry and be part of the behind-the-scenes operations, we would like to meet you. If you are new to the industry and want to learn how to cook, this is the perfect place to start.
Note that this role requires working during evenings and on weekends. Shifts are typically 8-10 hours.
Responsibilities include:
Collect used kitchenware and dishes from the line.
Load and unload dishwashing machines, maintaining a clean dish deck
Store clean dishes and equipment appropriately
Ensure there are always enough clean dishes and utensils, especially during peak hours
Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary
Remove garbage regularly
Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
The Pay:
We start dishwashers at $17, but how much you end up making is entirely dependent on how much you want to learn and contribute. We are willing to train anyone on food preparation. We are looking for someone to start immediately.
