WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to lead and oversee its Psychiatric NP Fellowship Program. This role offers a unique blend of direct patient care, program oversight, and academic leadership, providing a rare opportunity to shape the future of psychiatric care within a respected safety-net system. The position is based in Harlem with a hybrid work schedule and involves occasional travel to other sites.
- Oversee the Psychiatric NP Fellowship, including supervision of two NP fellows.
- Engage in a combination role involving patient care, fellow oversight, coaching, and academic leadership.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain and enhance fellowship curriculum and training standards.
- Contribute to a growing advanced practice training framework across the organization.
- Work in a hybrid schedule: 1 day remote, 4 days in person, with potential to expand remote flexibility as the panel builds.
- Home base in Harlem with occasional travel to other sites as needed.
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with academic, teaching, or fellowship leadership experience preferred.
- Experience supervising trainees, residents, or APPs strongly valued.
- Background in community mental health, underserved populations, or integrated care environments.
- Ability to maintain a patient panel while providing structured oversight to fellows.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to WCS Healthcare Partners' mission and training programs.
- Willingness to work hybrid and travel between sites as needed.
