We are a successful Mexican company dedicated to the production and distribution of dietary supplements, with a presence in more than 19 countries worldwide.
As part of our growth and international expansion, we are opening our third manufacturing plant, located in Allen, Texas. Therefore, we are looking to add the following position to our team:
SEMI-SPECIALIZED PRODUCTION MANUFACTURING OPERATOR
(Operador Semi especializado de producción Manufactura)
Job Summary
Verify, record, pack, and stack finished products according to specifications, perform conditioning and cleaning processes, and carry out various tasks depending on the assigned production line.
Responsibilities
- Verify, record, code, and stack finished products
- Perform conditioning and cleaning processes
- Supply equipment with different materials
- Meet production standards and performance indicators
- Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks
- Recover non-conforming products according to established guidelines (mfa-pdpc-pr-001)
- Perform basic operational adjustments and format changes applicable to the production line
- Verify that finished products meet quality specifications
- Understand and execute the integrated management policy and procedures
- Other related responsibilities as required by operational needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience operating labeling or cartoning machines
- Knowledge of conditioning and cleaning processes, and good manufacturing practices
Important
- Travel requirement: Availability to travel to Mexico for initial job training
Education
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Experience
- 1 to 3 years in food, pharmaceutical, or similar industries
- Experience with labeling or cartoning machines
- Conditioning and cleaning processes, good manufacturing practices
Language
- English (fluent) (Required)
- Spanish (fluent, non-negotiable) (Required)
