Title: Interim Operations Support Manager – Sterile Processing Department
Location: Boston, MA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-hour shifts rotating between days and evenings
Hourly Pay: $30/hr to $35/hr
Travel Pay breakdown:-
Taxable w2: $15/hr
Stipend: $1,180/week
Weekly Gross: $1,780/week
Blended Pay: $44.50/hr
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician to support a high-volume acute care hospital. The technician will be responsible for decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments while ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards and supporting multiple surgical specialties.Any Specific Mandate skill required Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recent acute care Sterile Processing experience.
- Recent travel Sterile Processing experience (required).
- Current certification:
- CRCST (HSPA/IAHCSMM) or
- CSPDT (ASHCSP)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification must remain current with required continuing education (CEUs).
